High Throughput DIP Production Line
High Capacity DIP production line is using 3-5 DIP insert lines and 1 big 4.5 meter wave soldering machine, 1 PCB unloader and 1 PCB conveyor for PCB quality inspection or assembly. High capacity output. one this high capacity DIP production line capacity is around 3000pcs (10 hour working time) 20x20cm PCB. more big capacity, you can use 2 or 3 or 5 this production lines to got even higher production capacity.
This production line use the following DIP assembly equipments:
1.DIP insertion line
this dip line/dip assembly line is to insert the components on PCB or assembly CFL .
1.Working place arranged at one side beside the conveyor.
2.Motor running ,Chain moving .
3.Our normal length is 2.4M ,one working place per 1 meter,totally 3 working places
4.Line width is about 600mm ,total height about 1800mm ,working height 740mm.
5.Materials :aluminum .
6.Suitable PCB width 35-300mm width can adjustable.
7.fix 40 W fluorescent tube per working place ,totally 3 tubes.
8.each working place install component box fixtures /boards .
9.Moving method ; Driven by motor ,PLC control ,speed 0.3-3m/min adjustable.

11.By connected the line to wave soldering machine with conveyer , it will automatically go to the next step for soldering .

10. With black box memory function, the machine can always store the SPC data, improve work efficiency.
